How to File a Statement of Issues
Are you experiencing a dispute and need help resolving it? You’re in the right place. As a claimant, you can initiate the dispute resolution process quickly and securely through our portal.
Steps to File Your Statement of Issue:
- On Our Website Click ODR Portal.
- Click on “File Online Now!”
- Fill to Complete the Online/Offline Statement of Issue form.
- Upload any supporting documents (optional but recommended).
- Click to Accept our Terms and Privacy policy
- Submit to Pay online or email Scanned document and make payment offline.
- And wait for confirmation and case assignment.
Once submitted, our case managers will review your claim and assign a neutral (mediator or arbitrator) to assist with resolution.

Steps to File your Statement of Response:
Respond to the Claimant’s Statement of Issue with your own explanation.
- Open the case invitation sent to your email or SMS.
- In our ODR Portal Click on Open if you are the Respondent(s)
- Fill to Complete the Online/offline Statement of Response form.
- Upload /Attach any supporting documents (optional but recommended).
- Accept our terms and Conditions.
- Click on Submit to pay or email-scanned document to admin@rurhemadrcentre.com and pay offline
- Send proof of Payment to accounts@rurhemadrcentre.com
- And Await mediation dates for the resolution session.
